• Useful tip: one of the largest mistakes people make when fishing with topwater muskie lures is to set the hook immediately when the fish bites.  This doesn't work very well and will result in many missed fish.  Instead, set the hook only when you can feel the bend and weight of the fish on the end of the line; this will result in many more hookups
